These are foods to avoid as they have empty calories and with not much nutritional value.

Know your food product before consuming it

It is important to learn how to read food labels. Before buying any products it is wiser to know the contents well. A label will inform you the ingredients present in the product as well as its nutritional facts and caloric value.
