Eager customers queued outside beauty salons, nail bars and tattoo shops in England as they opened for the first time in four months today as part of the latest relaxation of lockdown restrictions.<br>Excited clients looking forward to a pamper and preening session treated themselves to manicures, tans and tattoos after 112 long days in lockdown.  <br>But while spas, massage studios and physical therapy firms can also now welcome customers again, treatments involving work directly in front of the face are banned -
